I have had terrible pain in my right knee for years and can never walk very far before I had to strap my Knee up.I bought a pair of MBT shoes in June 2008 never had pain in my knee since. except when I was on holiday wearing ordinary sandles so I bought a pair of MBT sandles in May this year and wore them all the time when on holiday this year resulting in no pain what so ever I would definately recommend MBT shoes to anybody with joint pains. Only problem is to break them in gently only wear them 1to2 hours per day until your leg muscles get accustomed to them. very satisfied customer Astrid Clementine from Inverness.
