Wow, these are great shoes. The first MBT's I bought were the sneakers. I have narrow feet and I ordered .5 size up. I guess if you have wide feet you might have a problem. The toe box is hard and I like the feel of it. The strap I can tighten to keep my feet in, the heel is a little lose but I can live with that. I wanted a pair of MBT's that look dressier than sneakers and these work very well. The arch support is great. I was going to physical therapy for my lower back and since I started wearing these shoes my back doesn't hurt any more.rnYou can't stand still in these shoes, I rock all the time and that is supposed to be good for your legs and buttocks.
