The function of MBT is similar to that of balancing a ball under the foot.
Increased input-response makes it easier for the musculature to react adequately. After ground contact there is a rolling movement, starting from a negative heel position (1). Antishoe creates a pre-stretch of the calf muscles. The straightening of the body, the balancing on the mid-foot (2) and the pull-through of the step to the back (3) initiates a rotation, which follows through the whole body. This results in an active and natural posture and gait.
